Information we collect

We collect account details, role and client assignments, messages, calendar items, schedule records, content plans, publishing metadata, analytics, media references, connected account identifiers, and operational activity needed to provide the service.

Connected social accounts

When a client or authorized team member connects Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Dropbox, QuickBooks, or another provider, we store tokens and account identifiers securely so the app can publish approved content, sync analytics, route engagement, and show account status.

How we use information

We use information to operate client workspaces, coordinate internal production, send notifications, manage schedules, prepare and publish content, analyze performance, support ads workflows, and maintain security and audit history.

Sharing and access

Client data is scoped by workspace and role. Client users do not see internal agency notes, internal tasks, or unrelated client data. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained while a workspace is active and as needed for business, legal, security, and audit purposes. Authorized users may request data deletion through the instructions on our data deletion page.
